The full financing lifecycle, one integration

Everything your merchants need to apply, get funded and repay runs through the same API, so you integrate once and never touch the money.

  • Eligibility and offers

Send a merchant's identifiers and trading data, or let us pull it through open banking, and receive an eligibility decision and a priced offer. No credit-score impact at this step.

  • Application and verification

Collect the merchant's details in your own interface or hand off to our hosted journey. Identity, company and bank verification run on our side.

  • Disbursement

Accepted offers are signed electronically and funded to the merchant's account, normally within 24 hours of verification.

  • Repayment collection

Repayments are split from the merchant's settlements or collected by Direct Debit. You receive the events; we handle the collection, servicing and reconciliation.

Three ways to integrate

1

No-code link

Share a branded application link with your merchants. Nothing to build; you see every application in the partner portal. Live in a day.

2

Hosted journey

Embed our application flow in your product with a single redirect or iframe, pre-filled with the merchant data you already hold. Your brand, our underwriting.

3

Full API

Build the whole experience in your own interface: eligibility, offer display, acceptance and status updates, all through the REST API with webhooks for every state change.

Most partners start with the link or the hosted journey and move to the full API once volumes justify it. All three share the same portal, reporting and commission terms.

Built for production

Predictable resource-based endpoints, JSON request and response bodies, ISO 8601 dates, amounts in minor units. If you have integrated a payments API, this will feel familiar.

Offer made, offer accepted, funds sent, repayment received, agreement completed: each is an event you can subscribe to, signed so you can verify the source.

A sandbox environment with test merchants lets you build and certify your integration before any real money moves.

HTTPS only, token-based authentication, scoped API keys per environment, and UK GDPR data handling. Merchant data stays within the agreed purpose of financing.

A named integration contact, a shared channel during build, and documentation with guides and a full API reference.

Request API access

The API is available to partners by request while we scale it. Tell us about your platform and we will come back within two working days with documentation, sandbox credentials and a suggested integration route.

Developer questions

Documentation, the API reference and sandbox credentials are shared when we approve an access request. We are working towards a public developer centre; until then, request access above and you will have everything within two working days.

No. Disbursement and repayment collection run through SAPI and our regulated payment partners. Your integration passes data and receives events; funds never touch your systems.

The United Kingdom and a growing list of European countries, with settlement in GBP, EUR and six other currencies. See the global coverage page for the current list, or ask us about a market that is not yet on it.

The same as for every SAPI partner: a fixed commission on each successful introduction, agreed upfront and reported in the partner portal. Integration route does not change the economics.

The no-code link takes a day. A hosted-journey integration is typically one to two weeks. A full API build depends on your scope; partners usually certify in the sandbox within four to six weeks.
