Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and fortunately, our team dynamics make it a seamless process. Interacting with various teams is a daily occurrence, as almost every project necessitates the valuable input from colleagues in different departments. Leveraging tools like Slack has proven instrumental in maintaining organised communication and ensuring that relevant team members are always up-to-date on the progress of our projects. Given the global nature of our hybrid company, tracking the status of various elements across different time zones is surprisingly streamlined.
What advice would you give a colleague who has just joined your team?
For any new colleague entering our dynamic team, my primary piece of advice would be to embrace change wholeheartedly. Our commitment to constant improvement means that the status quo is subject to modification at any given moment.
